My path to counseling was shaped by caring for a close family member who lost her fight with dementia. That experience changed me, and it's part of why I'm especially committed to helping individuals and families dealing with chronic, serious, or terminal illness. 

I specialize in approaching therapy through the nervous system, and use approaches like EMDR, parts work, and clinical hypnotherapy.
